It was a hip new hotel that covered all our needs. Large rooms with balcony, felt like home. We walked everywhere, the location was good, in the middle of jackson.

Clean hotel in a new building next to airport as well as both Chapala and Ajijic. Exceptional staff throughout. The rooms with balcony. Favourable location by Mexico taxis, easy to get around.

Great hotel located close to both Chapala and Ajijic and the garden area and Mexico taxis. Extremely comfy beds and reasonably large and fairly quiet rooms. Lots of facilities such as: satellite television, climate control and an electronic key card.

We really enjoyed this brand-new hotel. We had an a double room and it included coffee and a balcony.

The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive. The view from the dining area was also stunning. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.

The hotel of choice in Chapala. A brand-new property with excellent food. Particularly good location in Chapala, just off Mexico taxis, lake and both Chapala and Ajijic. Also, in the middle of jackson. Large rooms with balcony. Great and good breakfast, a wide range of meals.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options. The rooftop restaurant offered a beautiful view. The spacious, clean room had functioning A/C and a comfortable bed. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is not ideal tbh, though the breakfast is satisfactory. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is excellent. When I am in Chapala, I like staying here.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was relatively new and had some room for improvement, but overall, I had a great experience. the location was fantastic, allowing easy access to both Chapala and Ajijic. Secondly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent, with a delicious buffet spread. Lastly, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Some minor improvements could be made in terms of certain amenities and services offered.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were outstanding - from the friendly professionals at the front desk to the attentive housekeeping and security staff. They made me feel like I was part of their family. Secondly, the breakfast served at the hotel was impressive, with a great variety of delicious options and a stunning view from the dining facilities. Lastly, the location of the hotel, although next to a busy road, provided easy access to nearby attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel with well-designed and modern facilities. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was hospitable and accommodating, allowing my small service dog to stay at the hotel with a deposit. In addition to this, the in-room coffee and breakfast were a great start to my day.

This hotel is modern and well-designed with a nice location, despite being next to a noisy highway. The pool area is excellent, and the rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a nice view. The breakfast buffet is also delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the staff tries their best to accommodate guests' requests.

Some of the staff members speak little to no English, which can be challenging for non-Spanish speakers.
